Congestion Condensed
Nasal Congestion or "stuffy nose" occurs when nasal tissue and blood vessels become swollen with excess fluid, causing that uncomfortable and too common "stuffed up" feeling. Nasal Congestion may or may not be accompanied by a "runny nose" and sinus pain. Nasal Congestion can also interfere with hearing, speech, smell and taste. Significant congestion may also interfere with sleep. In other words—a congested nose can be a complex problem.
Causes
The most common causes of nasal congestion are viral upper respiratory infections (Common Cold) and Allergies. Nasal and sinus congestion is the result of swollen or dilated blood vessels in the membranes of the nose and air passageways. These membranes have an extraordinary ability to expand and have a plentiful supply of blood vessels. As the membranes start to swell and expand, you start to feel congested.

Gently shake bottle and remove cap

Tilt head slightly forward and close a nostril by pressing a finger against the side of your nose

Hold the bottle upright and gently insert nasal spray into open nostril, and aim spray at the back of your nose

Squeeze bottle 2-3 times while gently breathing in (repeat with other nostril
Step 8
Remember: Neo-Synephrine is strong medicine and shouldn't be used more than once every 4 hours and no more than 3 days in a row
