Directions
1. Roll the earplug between your fingers to compress the foam. 2. Grip the earplug by its T-shaped end between your thumb and forefinger. 3. Gently insert the compressed end into your ear canal. 4. Hold in place while the foam expands to fill the ear canal. 5. To remove, gently twist and pull the earplug out using the T-shaped end.
