Directions
Adults Caplets: Take 1-2 caplets with water every 4 hours or as needed. Tablets: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 4 hours or as needed. Ointment: Apply liberally to affected area. Hyland's Leg Cramps Ointment will warm the area while easing the symptoms.
