Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness continues for more than two weeks. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Store at or below 25°C (77°F), protect from excessive heat above 40°C (104°F) and from light.

Directions
Take only one dose (30 mL) per 24 hours, using the provided dose cup. Adults and children 12 years and older: take 30 mL at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: do not use. Ensure 7–8 hours of time is available for sleep after taking.
