Directions

Re-apply every 5 minutes until pain subsides. 4. Apply before bedtime for a more restful night. 5. Use less over time as the product has a cumulative effect. 6. Avoid open sores, rashes, or sensitive areas. 7. Wash hands with cool water after application. 8. Avoid hot water and overexposure to heat for a few hours after application. 9.
