Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, please review the return and refund policy below.

1. Return eligibility

Because we sell health and nutrition supplements, product safety is our primary priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns under certain conditions:

Acceptable returns

We can accept a return if:

  • Product has arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Refund request is made 30 days from the date the product is received

Non-returnable products

  • Opened or used dietary supplements
  • Products returned without the original packaging or purchase receipt
  • Products that have been marked “Final sale” or “Not refundable”

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] and notify:
    • Your order number
    • Return Reason
    • Product description (if needed)
  2. Our team will handle your request and, if the return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. When we receive and inspect a returned product, we process the refund or product exchange.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is our mistake.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method. 5–10 business days after product inspection

3. Damaged or incorrect products

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact 48 hours from delivery.

We may request photos to verify the issue before issuing a refund or sending a replacement product.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled just before sending
  • When an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled anymore
