Thank you for contacting Nutricity in Finland. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably.

Order processing (processing time)

All orders are processed. 1–5 business days during the period (excluding weekends and public holidays).

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Delivery time (shipping time)

Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 business days.

Please note:

The exact delivery time to your location will be shown at the checkout.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, transportation companies, or traffic congestion.

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Finland and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email, which you can use to track the shipment in real time.

Duties, taxes, and payments

All prices on nutricity.fi include applicable taxes and import duties if necessary. In most cases, additional charges will not be charged during delivery.

Damaged, lost, or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, lost during shipping, or is incomplete, we will gladly assist you:

Damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear pictures of the product and packaging.
Lost package: If tracking doesn't update or the package doesn't arrive on time, please contact our customer support.
Missing products: Report missing products within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we offer free replacement product or reshipment without additional charges.
